Wal Mart Retail

VISCO has built an ongoing relationship with Walmart, building multiple fuel stations. These projects present unique logistical challenges, primarily due to their construction in active parking lots of operating Walmart stores. Our team expertly navigates around daily store operations to deliver fully integrated, turnkey fuel stations. This includes managing every phase of the project, from site work and building construction to electrical, mechanical, and fueling systems, and coordinating the first fuel drop.

Southwest Spine & Pain

VISCO delivered a mission-critical, 10,000 sq ft medical facility for repeat client Southwest Spine & Pain, from the ground up, in just five months, including full interior build-out. With tight timelines and no room for delays, our team executed every phase with precision to ensure the space was ready for patient care on schedule. VISCO was trusted to move fast without compromising on quality, a testament to our ability to deliver complex healthcare projects with speed, accountability, and care.

Nautilus 1

Visco is proud to be the builder of Nautilus 1, a key project within the BZI Innovation Park. This industrial complex is part of a three-building master plan with a $50 million buildout, featuring 68,450 square feet of modern industrial space. Located within the 827-acre BZI Innovation Park.

We’re proud to be partnering with Carter Agrisystems on the construction of their new facility in Lund, NV. This project showcases our commitment to delivering high-performance, custom-built solutions for agricultural, industrial, and commercial clients alike.

InnovaTech^® Paint Building

Visco delivered this 20,000SF state-of-the-art paint and assembly facility, which includes a 65ft sandblast facility and 65ft state-of-the-art paint bay. While navigating this build, Visco partnered with the local water jurisdiction to extend a water line to the project, thereby avoiding the need to install a 180-gal tank onsite.

SteelTech Academy Building

This state-of-the-art training facility required many custom considerations, including welding stations, a mechanic's bay, and ventilation. Visco executing this build produced a facility that has now generated over 3,500 certificates.
