Fueled by a passion for problem-solving and team leadership, Ryan is focused on driving Visco towards new levels of success in the industry. He is an accounting graduate from Utah State University with certifications in SWPPP and LEED.

Jonathan brings expertise across various areas of the construction industry, including excavation, concrete, plumbing, and electrical work. With 8 years of experience running large-scale commercial projects, Jonathan excels in relationship management, working across teams, and providing thorough plan reviews. Jonathan has a degree in Construction Management and Spanish from Weber State University.

Drake has a proven track record in real estate development and construction, successfully developing and marketing large-scale projects, with extensive experience in general contracting, owner representation, and land development.

Joe brings over 20 years of experience across various levels of construction, backed by a rich background in public utilities management and a deep understanding of field operations. Committed to improving the construction industry and fostering new leaders by solving challenges efficiently as a team.
